Bio
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been inspired to understand and explore the depths of psychology—both my own and that of others.
With over 20 years of experience as a trauma-informed psychotherapist, many years as a training assistant, and decades of dedicated Vipassana meditation practice, I bring a unique perspective and skillset to navigating psychological complexity.
I work with teens and adults to address the underlying dynamics that contribute to C-PTSD, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and relationship challenges—helping them access their innate capacity to heal and live more fulfilling lives.
My approach is collaborative and integrative, combining mind-body modalities with a specialization in the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM®).

When I'm not working or on the meditation mat, you can find me hiking with my husband and two dogs or spending quality time with loved ones.

If you’re seeking support in exploring what might be standing between you and the life you want to create, I invite you to reach out and see if my approach is a good fit for you.
