Individual Therapy
I provide individual therapy for adults and teens. I offer sessions in person in downtown Kelowna or via telehealth for those living in Canada. Here is the Doxy link for all video sessions.

Once you are approved for sessions you'll need to provide me with your claim number and contact information for your ICBC insurance adjuster.
Crime Victim Assistance
If you have been approved for counselling sessions by CVAP you'll need to provide me with a copy of the letter that has your CVAP claim number and number of sessions awarded.

NARM Experential
NARM Experiential Consults are available for NARM Level 2 students who need to fulfill their training requirements. Contact me for more information.

Fees are private pay, which means you are responsible for payment at the time of services. ​

I strongly advise confirming coverage for registered clinical counsellors and/or online services prior to scheduling an appointment since specific benefits and reimbursement percentages depend upon employer plans.
Cancelation Policy
I value my time and yours. ​If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I require you to notify me at least 24 hours prior to the start of your scheduled appointment.​
